NEW! HVAC Rental Investment Pilot Program
The City of Charlotte’s Safe Home Rental HVAC Investment Pilot Program helps landlords install air conditioning in rental units that have never had cooling. Serving low- to moderate-income tenants, the program improves comfort, energy efficiency, and public health—providing landlords with financial support and added property value while giving tenants safer, healthier homes.
